CompuCom Solutions opened its doors in 2005 when Simo Petrov realized that most computer repair shops treated customers like they were buying a used car. Hidden fees, jargon-heavy explanations, and parts marked up 300% — it didn't sit right.

So Simo started his own shop. The philosophy was simple: explain the problem in plain English, quote a fair price, fix it right the first time, and stand behind the work. Nineteen years later, that philosophy hasn't changed.

We've repaired over 5,000 computers — from the elderly iMac that just needs a new hard drive to the waterlogged MacBook that someone really needs back. Every machine gets the same attention: diagnosed carefully, repaired properly, tested before pickup.
